Cara Mencuci Mobil Yang Baik Dan Benar
- Bersihkan Seluruh Area Mobil

Dari semua produk pembersih mobil, pilihlah shampo yang bisa menyeimbangkan pH (tingkat keasaman) dari air yang Anda digunakan. Karena, banyak yang tidak tahu berapa banyak zat besi dalam air yang dapat menyebabkan karat pada bodi mobil. Penggunaan sampo yang tepat dapat menyeimbangkan zat korosif air menjadi pH yang seimbang.
Dan yang perlu diperhatikan, jika ada kotoran atau jamur yang tidak hilang dari bodi mobil setelah menggunakan sampo, jangan langsung menggosoknya terlalu keras karena bisa menghilangkan lapisan varnish cat mobil.
Shampo khusus mobil memang memiliki harga di atas rata-rata, namun efeknya jauh lebih baik terhadap kendaraan Anda. Jadi, gantilah detergen dengan shampoo khusus mobil ketika sedang mencuci mobil.
- Bersihkan Bagian Luar
Jika Anda belum tahu, maka bersihkanlah body mobil terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan selang selama 10 hingga 20 detik. Bersihkan debu-debu yang terdapat pada bodi mobil sehingga lebih mudah saat di cuci.
Pembersihan menggunakan air ini diharapkan dapat membersihkan sisa-sisa klorin yang menempel pada dinding mobil. Jangan lupa juga menggunakan spons yang lembut untuk bisa membersihkan kotoran bandel yang menempel pada mobil. Akan lebih baik jika Anda mencuci mobil yang terhindar dari paparan sinar matahari langsung.
Yang paling penting ialah jangan biarkan sisa sabun menempel pada badan body mobil. Bersihkan semua secara merata menggunakan shampo khusus mobil, kemudian siram dengan air dan terakhir lap kering dengan lap khusus sehingga cat mobil tetap aman.
Mencuci mobil bukan sekadar membasahi dan mengelap bodinya karena cat mobil justru berisiko tergores yang dapat menyebabkan penampilan mobil menjadi tidak prima.
- Cuci dari atas ke bawah.
Bagian bawah mobil tentu bagian yang paling kotor karena lumpur dan tanah. Maka mulailah mencuci dan mengelap mobil dari atas mobil atau bagian yang terbersih. Pastikan sudah tidak ada sabun atau cairan yang belum terbilas. Bilas bodi mobil secara merata menggunakan air persih melalui selang air.
- Semprotkan Air Dengan Benar
Semprotkan air dengan benar pada mobil yang sedang Anda cuci. Maksudnya ialah gunakan air bertekanan tinggi dan miringkan semprotan air ke arah samping kanan atau kiri. Lebih baik jika menghindari menyemprotkan air secara horizontal tanpa dimiringkan. Hal ini bertujuan agar air bisa membilas bagian mobil dan air mengalir dari atas langsung ke bawah sehingga menjadikan kotoran langsung jatuh.
- Hilangkan Kotoran Membandel dengan Trik Ini
Kotoran yang sulit dibersihkan bisa disebabkan misalnya, oleh bahan aspal yang menempel pada bodi mobil atau bahkan serangga yang menempel pada bagian-bagian mobil. Maka, membutuhkan sedikit tahapan khusus ketika mencuci mobil. Yaitu dengan menggunakan claying. Dengan menggunakan claying, semua noda yang terlihat atau nggak akan hilang.
Tapi, gunakanlah bahan tersebut dengan bijak, sesuai kadar kotoran yang ada pada bodi mobil dan jangan terlalu sering. Karena, meskipun bahannya lembut, tetapi sangat abrasif dalam mengangkat kotoran dan akan mengikis lapisan pernis mobil. Tipsnya, gunakan secara berkala, 3 atau 6 bulan sekali.
- Membersihkan Bagian Dalam Mobil
Sama seperti bagian luar, jangan pernah guanakn deterjen untuk membersihkan bagian dalam mobil. Berikut ini adalah cara membersihkan bagian dalam mobil : Bersihkan dashboard mobil dengan cara mengambil kain microfiber, kemudian lap dan dibersihkan bagian dashboard. Bersihkan juga lubang AC maupun celah lubang bagian dalam mobil yang lain.
Pada bagian dalam mobil bagian langit-langit, ggunakan lap yang sudah dibasahi dengan air yang sudah dicampuri sabun khusus cuci mobil untuk mengelap debu. Sebaiknya lap tidak terlalu basah selanjutnya digosokkan pada langit-langit.
Bersihkan sarung jok dari bahan kulit menggunakan kain mikrofiber. Setelah itu berikan secukupnya cairan leather cleaner and conditioner pada kain mikrofiber, dan digosokkan pada seluruh permukaan jok secara merata.
Selanjutnya bersihkan karpet dalam mobil dengan cara melepaskan dan mengeluarkan semua karpet kain dari dalam mobil. Kemudian sikatlah secara halus menggunakan sikat lembut agar debu dan kotoran terangkat. Jangan lupa juga untuk membersihkan lantai mobil agar bebas dari debu dan kotoran.
Jika karpet terbuat dari karet maka bersihkan dengan cara mengangkat dan mengeluarkan karpet karet dari dalam mobil kemudian bersihkan dari kotoran, debu, tanah, pasir, maupun noda-noda lainnya.
- Membersihkan Mesin Mobil
Jika bagian bodi dan dalam mobil sudah dicuci dan dibersihkan maka selanjutnya bersihkan juga mesin mobi. Mesin mobil ialah bagian yang mungkin sedikit rumit untuk dibersihkan.
Pertama Anda harus mengenali bagian-bagian yang tidak boleh terkena air seperti Kabel, ACCU dan bagian mesin lainnya yang menghantarkan listrik.

Meskipun ban, Anda juga harus tetap menggunakan juga shampo khusus untuk mobil. Setelah selesai dibersihkan ban Anda dapat menggunakan semir ban agar ban terlihat mengkilat dan seperti baru.
- Lap Seluruh Area Mobil Hingga Kering
Jika semua sudah dicuci dan dibersihkan maka jangan lupa untuk mengelap mobil sampai kering di semua area mobil. Jangan sampai meninggalkan noda ataupun bekas cipratan air yang nantinya dapat berubah menjadi noda membandel.
Gunakan lap khusus untuk mobil yang halus dan tidak kasar. Karena penggunaan lap ini sangat berpengaruh pada kondisi dan cat mobil. Jangan gunakan lap sembarangan yang dapat menjadikan baret pada cet mobil Anda.
- Gunakan Pewangi Mobil
Langkah terakhir dalam mencuci mobil yang baik dan benar adalah jangan lupa untuk menggunakan pewangi mobil. Agar tidak hanya bersih, mobil Anda juga wangi dan nyaman untuk digunakan berkendara. Gunakan pewangi mobil sesuai dengan selera dan aroma yang Anda kehendaki.
