Tips Merawat Motor Matic Dengan Baik
- Rutin panaskan mesin motor di pagi hari
Memanaskan motor adalah sebuah cara merawat dengan memanaskan mesin agar oli dalam mesin siap melumasi mesin sehingga performa dari mesin itu lebih maksimal. Cara memanaskan motor matic yang baik adalah panaskan motor kurang lebih 5 menit sampai 10 menit dan sebaiknya menggunakan kick stater saja jika menggunakan stater elektrik tentunya akan lebih banyak mengurangi bateray dari motor tersebut
- Ganti secara berkala
Perawatan motor matic yang satu ini tergolong hal paling penting, untuk itu sebagai perawatan lakukan sesuai dengan jadwal pergantian oli yang biasanya dilakukan setiap 1000 km dan untuk pergantian oli transmisi motor (oli gardan) maksimal ketika motor sudah mencapai 5000 km. Apabila acuan kilometer untuk ganti oli lupa sebaiknya lakukan perawatan rutin setiap 2 sampai 3 bulan sekali dan jangan lupa juga untuk menggunakan oli yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi motor matic yang anda miliki.
- Jangan Sampai Kehabisan Bensin
Dalam menjaga dan merawat motorik kebiasaan buruk yang sering terjadi adalah motor matic sampai perawatan bensin. Jangan sampai motor matic berhenti dijalan karena bensin habis karena dapat merusak mesin motor tersebut. Terlebih pada motor matic injeksi. Untuk itu usahakan selalu motor matic jangan sampai menunjukan indikator E pada speedometer dan biasakankan motor berisi bahan bakar yang penuh untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut.
- Cek kondisi vanbelt dan roler
Pentingnya akan memeriksa kondisi vanbelt merupakan hal yang tak boleh untuk ditanggapi bagi pemilik motor matic. Kondisi vanbelt yang mempunyai bahan yang terbuat dari karet dikhawatirkan akan putus di tengah jalan yang mengakibatkan motor berhenti dan tidak bisa berjalan lagi. Jika sudah menjadi keharusan untuk mengganti vanbelt tersebut sebaiknya menggunakan suku cadang yang asli sehingga membuat motor lebih terjamin karena pasti lebih awet.
- Perawatan AKI
Tak mudah untuk melihat kondisi aki yang berada pada motor matic, sehingga setiap pengguna motor matic yang pernah motornya mengalami Mati AKI. Jika hal demikian terjadi, tentu anda akan kehilangan daya dari motor selain itu juga cahaya lampu akan berkurang, dan yang paling menjengkelkan jika aki motor mati adalah pada saat menghidupakan motor harus menggunakan kick starter yang membuat kita terasa lebih banyak mengeluarkan tenaga. Oleh karena itu, disarankan sebaiknya para pengguna harus mengganti AKI dalam 7 – 8 bulan setelah penggantian penggantian.
- Stabilkan Kecepatan Gas

Perawatan pada servis berkala motor matic biasanya termasuk penggantian oli, membersihkan karburator dan mengatur motor. request service pada bengkel resmi honda untuk menanyakan menggenai Aki apakah masih layak, Vanbelt dan roler apakah memerlukan penggantian, dari beberapa hal tersebut tentunya akan semakin baik jika penggunaan suku cadangnya pun dengan yang asli. Lakukan servis berkala kurang lebih 3 bulan sekali untuk menjaga performa motor matic anda.
- Gunakan Bensin Berkualitas

Sebab jika tidak, motor akan sangat membutuhkan servis dan performanya terus menurun.
